We had a lovely night at the shelter!!! Those who find themselves homeless seem to grow in number each month. In order to accommodate the need, The Salvation Army has recently opened another shelter to house the single ladies. This shelter is managed by a local church. Please keep both shelters, the leadership and its residents in your prayers.

We were completely blessed to have a team from CGI (Christian Growth International).  We had volunteers from England, Scotland and Australia.  These anointed ladies moved with such power from the Holy Spirit. We were blessed in song by Fiona, a lovely young lady with a beautiful voice. The ladies and children loved her indeed.  In addition Sarah from England shared her testimony which reached into the hearts of the people. I so appreciate Sarah’s transparency.  Our guest speaker, Bev Murrill brought an amazing teaching about diamonds. She taught us how pressure and the process of  “cutting away” are both necessary for the jewel’s beauty. May this encourage you! In order for each of us to radiate the love of Jesus, as the diamond radiates light…we must first be put under pressure, cleaned up, and finally the impurities and imperfections must be cut away. Although painful, it is as necessary for our beauty as it is for the diamond.  May all of us shine brightly through the process of His radiance!
